Rental Requirements

• Application fee is $75.00 per adult applicant (over age 18).
• Monthly gross income must be greater than 2.5x the amount of monthly rent.
• A check of evictions, criminal background, credit, bankruptcies, liens and judgments will be performed and considered during the application approval process.
• Any owed rental balances will result in an application denial.
• Please note that at this point we do not have any available rental properties that accept Housing Vouchers.
• Many of our homes are pet friendly but none of them allow dangerous breed dogs.

Fees

• $75.00 Application Fee (Anyone 18+ years old must apply)
• $125.00 One-time “Lease Signing/ Admin Fee”
• $200.00 Nonrefundable, One-Time pet fee for each pet (if pets allowed)
• $40.00 Monthly Pet Rent, per pet (if pets allowed)
• $20.00 Mandatory Monthly Tech Fee
